Mediation

From his offices in Ocala, Wayne Argo, P.A. assists clients throughout Florida as a certified mediator in civil law and personal injury matters.

Mediation

Mediation is a form of alternative dispute resolution whereby parties to a legal dispute attempt to resolve their issues outside of the courtroom.  Mediation offers the parties a chance to resolve their case in an informal environment and is usually less costly and time-intensive than a trial.

In a standard mediation session, a third party neutral facilitates a discussion between the opposing parties, assisting them in voluntarily arriving at a solution.  The mediator does not issue a judgment or order for the parties to follow, but instead helps the parties to create their own mutually acceptable, and generally confidential, agreement.

Certified Mediations

It is essential for parties to a dispute to hire a mediator who is experienced in facilitating communication and can guide them to an amicable resolution.  Wayne Argo, P.A. is a qualified mediator with years of experience helping clients reach swift resolutions in complex legal disputes, both before and after a lawsuit has been filed, and in appellate matters.  Mr. Argo has been certified federally, as a County Court mediator, and by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Court Civil Mediator.  In addition, he is a member of the Florida Circuit-Civil Mediator Society.  For the convenience of his clients Mr. Argo also provides office facilities to accommodate mediation sessions.
